Crossing Place Psychotherapy
Feelings of despair, hopelessness, and loss are part of being human. People are looking for joy, hope, meaning and purpose in life. But, sometimes the journey becomes overwhelming and we start to feel defeated. You don't have to do it on your own and there is no shame in reaching out.
If you're reading this, then perhaps you find yourself in search of meaning and purpose; a yearning to get more out of life. Perhaps you're working through grief or mourning. Perhaps, you're living with addiction. Don't forget: you're human.
Consider reaching out. I would be honoured to help you in your quest.

What To Expect At Your Visit
I offer a free initial 15 min consultation visit so that you can assess your feelings of comfort and fit with me as your therapist. During this visit you may present your primary concern upon which you wish to work, goals, or simply meet for a brief chat.

If you decide to continue with the relationship, we will meet for 50 mins weekly, bi-weekly, or whatever is mutually agreed upon to help reach your goals. The structure of these sessions will largely depend on your presenting concern, needs, and/or availability. Some sessions might be more open and fluid, while some may be more guided and structured. Some may involve a lot of talking, while other sessions might be largely silent. The process is individually tailored to you and what you need to grow as a fully enriched human being.

Psychotherapy can be intimidating for some clients. It can be awkward and uncomfortable to be vulnerable with another person. But, I assure you that you are in the care of a registered professional who upholds the ethical duties of the College to which he belongs as well as the land upon which he practices.
